Profit Sharing and Retirement
401k Plan
On your first day of work, you can participate in the 401k plan by making pre-tax contributions.

Profit Sharing
If eligible, employer profit sharing participation begins the first day of the month following 12 consecutive months of active, full-time service. You receive these contributions automatically – you aren’t required to contribute to your account. Each year, you become vested in a portion of these contributions until you are fully vested after six years.
