In 2002, Balfour Beatty Construction and Balfour Beatty Communities formed a partnership to respond to the privatized housing needs of the Army, Navy and Air Force across the United States. Balfour Beatty is proud to serve our government in helping renovate, rebuild, and create neighborhoods with high quality, well-maintained housing in a supportive setting for our soldiers and their families.
We are currently renovating or building over 9,200 homes on military bases in eleven states, creating a sense of security and community for those who protect ours everyday. We have performed work on the following military installations:
